Hi Bernice:

We will have to reconfirm the tour schedule for you to check if this is possible. Generally for this tour, you should be able to do so, however; if you opt out early for Las Vegas, you will forfeit the Ethel M Chocolate factory, botantical cactus gardens, and outlet segment of the tour.

Thank you for your inquiry.

Q:
I'm interested in this package but I have a few questions to ask: 1. I'm comparing this package and the one with tour code: 6-2334. Despite the difference in number of days, the price for this tour is cheaper than that of the other. Is there a particular reason why this is so? 2. Linked to the first question, are all the entry fees (i.e. for Yosemite and Grand Canyon) included for this tour? 3. If we are travelling as a party of 4, how will the buy 2 get 1 offer apply to us? Thanks!

    * 6-night hotel accommodations
    * Admission to above-mentioned national park(s)

Q:
Hi, My family is interested in taking this tour (we are five and my children's ages are 18,14 & 12) and will be reserving 2 rooms. I would like to ask the following questions: 1. what is the difference between this 2-130 and 2-604; 2. we are based in Los Angeles and would not need any accommodation in LA; 3. is there an available tour with the similar itinerary - SF and Las Vegas that would not require lodging in LA. I await your feedback on this. Cheers!

Hi OLIVIA CUERPO:

1. The tour 2-130 goes to the South Rim of the Grand Canyon. The tour 2-604 goes to the West Rim of the Grand Canyon. The difference between the west rim and south rim is that the west rim goes to the Sky walk attraction. The South Rim goes to the Grand Canyon national Park. There are mandatory entry fees to enter the West Rim and the Native American tribe reservation that must be paid on the tour.

2. This tour includes accommodations in LA. You can opt to not use the accommodations, however; there is no price difference and you will have to make your way back to the hotel i time to meet with the tour's departure.

3. You can just take two 3-day tours instead of this tour if you do not wish to have LA hotels:

Hi Lil:

The tour definitely has an available departure on June 12, 2011.  Please try booking online at the Easy Book section, and for step 1, ensure that you view the dates in the "drop down" view and not the "calendar view".

Thank you for your inquiry.

Q:
Hi, If i were to book this tour that starts on June 17th (Friday) but do not need the accomodation that is provided on 17th June night, is it possible to have this accomodation shifted to the last day ( Day 8) of the tour on June 24th instead ? In addition, as the actual sightseeing and tour only starts on day 2 on 18th of June . would it be possible to arrange for the pick up to be at a different hotel near the LA airport? thanks

Hi Lil:

Unfortunately, this is not possible. If you need an additional night after the tour ends, you may request a hotel extension for an additional fee at the time of booking. We do not offer any discounts, credits, or incentives for unused part of the trip, so keep this in mind when making your reservation.

Now, with respects to the transfers, we can only provide free airport transfer for the date you select as your start date (arrival in Los Angeles). So if you do not need any airport transfers when you arrive to Los Angeles, your only option would be to self transfer to the fist night hotel on your own on the tour start date. This is very important because it is difficult to say if you would be allowed to join on Day 2 due to changes that can happen to order of day-to-day itineraries.

Thank you for your inquiry.

Q:
Am interested in this 7 day tour for mid-June 2011 and would like to know, can we end our tour in Vegas instead of having to go back to LA? There would be three of us, 2 adults and a 13 year old. Also, are tours done in English? I am also a travel agent...any further discounts for me? Thanks very much!

Hi Maxi:

We will have to check on the particular tour schedule for your departure date. This tour is scheduled to end in Los Angeles. Please give us the exact tour date you wish to depart from and we will check if the scheduled itinerary will allow for a Las Vegas departure.

This tour is an international tour conducted in English and Chinese. If you are looking for an English only tour, we can offer those as well. However; the price, locations visited, and departure points for those tours are different:

Please review the following English only tours that may be of interest to you:

Hi Irina:

1) We will have to reconfirm the itinerary and schedule for your particular tour date. However, as long as you book your flight after 9 p.m. you should have no problem reaching the airport for the departure. If you are worried about missing your flight, always buy travel insurance to cover damages caused by delays: http://www.travelinsure.com/what/selectoptionsrates.asp?32974

2) We will have to reconfirm the itinerary for your particular tour date. The itinerary on our website is an ideal itinerary. The schedule for each particular tour leg is interchangeable and we will have to reconfirm it on your official booking.

Thank you for your inquiry.

Hi Amelia roberts:

The bus trip to Las Vegas will take about 4-5 hours. The hotel offered for this trip is the Stratosphere, however; if you need a pick up or meet in Las Vegas, you will have to book the tour: https://www.tours4fun.com/3-day-skywalk-west-grand-canyon-las-vegas-tour-b.html

We do not offer pick ups from personal hotels.

You can depart from the tour in Las Vegas and self transfer to the airport for your flight. However, you will miss out on the return trip to LA and also the Ethel M Chocolate Factory tour, botanical cactus garden tour, and the Barstow fashion outlet tour.

Thank you for your inquiry.

How long is the stop for at the hoover dam? Are we able to do an dam tour in this time?

Hi Sam shires:

If there is enough time, the tour guide may opt to have a small stop at the Hoover Dam for 15 minute or so. However, because of the completion of the new bypass bridge, regular traffic is not allowed to stop on the actual hoover dam and the bypass bridge itself does not have any stops.

We never enter the Hoover Dam for this tour.

If you are looking for a full Hoover Dam tour, please check on this tour: https://www.tours4fun.com/am/pm-mini-hoover-dam-tour.html
